Sarah embarked on her career in the construction industry at the age of 18, marking the beginning of a journey that led her to Ordell in 2007. Passionate about team development, she believes effective communication and mutual respect are essential for success in both business and personal relationships. As a proud member since 2022, Sarah is committed to elevating industry standards and looks forward to each and every project.

Erik embarked on his construction career while still in high school, laying the foundation for his journey in the industry. Since graduating college in 2007, he has diligently honed his construction expertise and leadership skills. Today, he leverages this wealth of knowledge to oversee operations across all fronts, from estimators to project managers to field personnel. Erik's emphasis on collaboration aims to streamline processes, guaranteeing seamless project execution from inception to completion. Committed to advancing Ordell, he prioritizes team empowerment and fosters the company's growth.
